The 2009 Illinois School Report Card was made public today. You can read the Tribune’s front page article about it here.

I wanted to point out several area schools that ranked high on the list.

For grades 3-8 Half Day School and Daniel Wright Junior High School (Lincolnshire, IL) and Isaac Fox Elementary (Lake Zurich, IL) were all in the top 25 amongst all Chicago area schools.

For grades 9-12 Deerfield High School (Deerfield, IL), Adlai E. Stevenson High School (Lincolnshire, IL), LIbertyville High School (Libertyville, IL), Lake Forest High School (Lake Forest, IL), and Vernon Hills High School (Vernon Hills, IL) were in the top 25 amongst all Chicago area schools.
