The Nothern portion of the Tri-State Tollway in Lake County is getting new milepost signs. It will begin at 0 starting at the Wisconsin-Illinois border and then continuing thru the Edens Spur and match with the existing numbering system on the Edens Expressway. The other change will be it will now be considered an East-West interstate instead of North-South. When heading North to Wisconsin, you’ll actually be Westbound on the Tri-State.
